I am trying to create a conservation area on my grandfather's lands

I am from the highlands. Climate change impact in the area is mainly due to more heat from the sun as more trees are being chopped off. Most of our forest are slowly fading but people are less aware that they need to be planting trees for every tree that is being cut down. I am actually trying to create a conservation area on my grandfather's lands to preserve our remaining rainforest and waterfalls.

Our rivers and waterfalls are also decreasing in size due to clearing of lands. I have seen this firsthand.
